Technical Problems
If you are unable to open the materials right away, try accessing the site from another browser, or clearing recent history, as your computer may have stored cookies. If you experience any other technical problems, or are still having trouble opening the materials, please contact customer support at [email protected].
PayPal Delay
IMPORTANT-If you paid via PayPal, there may be a delay of about two hours before your payment is processed and you may view the materials.
Renewal
Your yearly subscription will renew automatically, but you will be notified via e-mail two weeks in advance in case you no longer need the site. Be sure to keep your email updated. You will receive monthly notices about new materials as well.
Canceling Your Membership
Your monthly subscription renews once a month. You may cancel at any time by going into your account, clicking ‘Payments history’ and selecting ‘Cancel subscription.’ You must use your downloads before your subscription expires.
