Refunds
If Drama Notebook does not exceed your expectations, we will offer a full refund within the first seven days of your membership. We are confident that the resources on Drama Notebook will not only save you hours of planning time but will help ensure that you give your students a positive experience of performing. If you need help finding something specific, please contact us, and if, for any reason, the site does not meet your needs, we will happily refund your subscription.
Cancellations
Membership to Drama Notebook is offered on a recurring billing basis. Canceling your subscription is very easy. Simply log into your account, click “Payment History,” and “Cancel.” Members are responsible for canceling subscriptions in a timely fashion to avoid unwanted charges. For monthly subscribers, the membership fee will show up on your bank statement or credit card bill. Yearly members will receive a reminder two weeks prior to renewal. (Three-month subscriptions do not renew, they simply expire.)
You are welcome to come and go as needed, however, many drama teachers find that Drama Notebook is affordable enough to keep their subscription active in case they need a last-minute lesson, or a lesson plan for a substitute teacher.
Did you forget to cancel? We’ve all been there. You registered for a membership and forgot that you still had it and haven’t been using it. We do offer a one-time refund of one-month for members in this situation. Reach out to Julia, our amazing member support person, and she will help you.
