This drama warm-up is part of a collection of 40 classic drama games found on Drama Notebook.
Put three players onstage and instruct them that they are going to improvise a scene. However, at all times during the scene, one actor must be sitting, one must be standing and one must be kneeling. During the scene, if an actor changes position, one of the other actors must shift accordingly. Coach students to work the stage positions into the dialogue as naturally as possible, rather than merely shifting stance.
